Merch Booth & Tickets
Sell at the Show. Check Fans In at the Door.
Turn your phone into a merch table. Fans scan a QR and pay on their own phone, your tour stock counts itself down, and VIP and ticketed fans get checked in with your camera.
Take The 86 Second Tour
- Fans pay on their own phone by QR
- Apple Pay, Google Pay or card
- Cash and keyed card as backup
- Tour stock that carries to the next show
- Ticket QR scanner and attendee list
Your Merch Table, Without the Cash Box
The show is over, the line at the merch table is ten deep, and you are making change from a shoebox. Half the fans who wanted a shirt give up and walk out.
The Merch Booth fixes that. Everything runs from the phone in your pocket and sells from the same products as your Merch Store.
How a Sale Works
- Open a booth for tonight's show and pick where the stock comes from.
- Tap what the fan wants. Add a discount code if you like.
- Show the fan the QR code. They pay on their own phone with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card.
- Their screen says Paid. Hand over the merch and move to the next fan.
No card reader to buy. No signal on the fan's phone? Take cash or type the card in yourself — both are built in. Fans who leave their email are added to your contacts, so the person who bought a shirt tonight hears about your next show.
Stock That Counts Itself
Sell from your online store stock, or set up tour stock: the boxes you actually take on the road. Load it once and every sale counts it down. Whatever is left after one show carries to the next automatically, so you always know what is in the van.
Need a different price tonight? Set a show price per item right at the table.
Bring Your Crew
Invite staff with a link or QR code. Your merch seller gets a simple booth screen on their own phone — sell, take cash, hand over — with no login and no access to anything else. Close the booth and every staff screen shuts off.
The Report When the Night Is Done
Every booth keeps a report: total revenue, number of sales, how much of it was cash, and each item sold with what is left. Close the booth and the report stays.
VIP Packages and Ticketed Experiences
Selling a meet and greet or a VIP upgrade? Add your show dates to a product and fans pick their date at checkout. Each fan gets an email with a link to their ticket and its QR code.
At the door, scan tickets with your phone camera. The first scan admits the fan; a second scan warns you the ticket was already used. No camera? Check people in from the attendee list. Every date shows how many fans are checked in.
