She has held significant roles in various sectors, including being a Chief Operating Officer in the insurance industry, a financial controller in software and digital marketing. Her business acumen led her to her current position as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CEO/CFO) at Artist Results, where she leads the company and oversees its financial strategy, ensuring it supports emerging artists effectively.

Beyond her executive role, Krystle has a burgeoning passion for the music industry. She has been involved as a producer for projects like the film “Queen of the Night” and has written a children’s book titled “The Story of You,” blending her professional skills with her creative interests. Her love for music not only influences her work at Artist Results but also fuels her personal projects, where she advocates for independent artists and explores her own artistic expressions, combining her financial expertise with her artistic endeavors.

Adam DeGraide is an American entrepreneur and musician. He founded BZ Results, sold to ADP in 2006, and later started Astonish Results, Crystal Clear Digital Marketing, and Anthem Software, all recognized on Inc. 500 lists.

In music, he leads the A.D.A.M. Music Project, focusing on video game-inspired music. He’s also a seasoned producer of music of all genres for streaming, film and TV and is an expert in marketing, building a brand and growing that brand to profitability. As President of Artist Results, he brings that experience to every artist on the platform.

Dameon Aranda, co-founder of rock band Aranda, is known for his guitar, vocals, and production. Their debut album featured the hit “Still in the Dark.” Dameon co-wrote hits for Kelly Clarkson, showcasing his songwriting talent and has recently recieved Gold and Platinum records for his songwriting and production abilities.

With his decades of success and passion for all things music, Dameon, uniquely enjoys helping other artists “Find their voice” and get their music out to the world.
